Stacy Clark joined the Henry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) in May of 2021 as a lieutenant (LT), currently assigned to the Training Unit. Prior to his tenure at the HCSO, he retired from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office (DKSO) after 28 years of service. During that time, he served in many roles, from Assistant Professional Standards Commander to Assistant Jail Operations Commander. During LT Clark’s tenure at the DKSO, he became a POST Certified General Instructor. Additionally, he became a Specialized Instructor in Defensive Tactics, CPR, and Health and Wellness. LT Clark has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a master’s in public administration from Columbus State University.
