Visitation Services
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office uses ICSolutions Advanced Technology to manage inmate visitation services.
There are two types of visitation available:
- Video Visitation (Remote services): Inmates can participate in face-to-face video visits with approved family and friends from anywhere in the world, as long as the visitor has a reliable internet connection and a compatible device.
- In-Person Visitation (On-Site): ICSolutions also allows family and friends to schedule on-site, in-person visits at the HCSO. All visits must comply with the facility’s visitation schedule and any applicable guidelines or restrictions.
All visitations (video or in-person) must be scheduled in advance through ICSolutions platform at JailATM.
