What Happens After I Make A Commendation or Complaint?
The HCSO is happy to assist you with your concerns. To investigate your inquiry, it is imperative that you provide us with as many details as possible. When it is a complaint, it will be assigned to a supervisor, manager, or an investigator for fact-finding purposes. We will provide our due diligence in thoroughly investigating any complaints we receive. If the investigation is validated, appropriate actions will be taken and a letter regarding the outcome will be mailed to the complainant.
