Inmate Telephone services

Telephone Services

Henry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) provides telephone services through ICSolutions Advanced Technology.

During intake services, each inmate is issued a personal passcode (PIN) to access telephone services.  It is the responsibility of each inmate to keep the personal passcode secured at all times.  The HCSO will not be held responsible or liable for lost/stolen/borrowed passcode.

To place a call, the inmate must enter the personal passcode (PIN) and site id number assigned to the facility.  Once entered, the receiving party is notified of the nature of the call and has three options to accept the call:

  • Free Call – Debit Call (Charges are deducted from the inmate’s commissary account balance).
  • Prepaid Account (In advanced, account is set up by the family member or friend through ICSolutions).
  • Collect Call (The receiver will be billed on their next regular telephone bill cycle).

All telephone calls are recorded and monitored by Henry County Sheriff’s Office. By using the telephone service, both the inmate and receiving party consent to monitoring and recording of the conversation.

Telephone access for communications with family and friends is a privilege and can be restricted or denied at any time.
